The six-place semi-automated cup filling and sealing equipment is designed for filling cups with products and sealing them with plates.
The equipment has six working periods, which are carried out by the mediation of the employee.
1. The employee places the empty cup into the machine, rotates the rotary table, and then performs all the following actions with a pedal press.
2. The product is filled
(Then the employee rotates the circular table)
3. The cover is installed
(then the employee rotates the circular table)
4. The cover is ironed
(then the employee rotates the circular table)
5. The month-date is printed
(then the employee rotates the circular table)
6. The finished cup is raised automatically
(the employee rotates the circular table).
