Bottling and closing device

The semi-automated equipment is designed for bottling and sealing carbonated drinks in plastic bottles.

The four-position bottling and capping device performs five operations.

1 . Bottling
The employee places the bottle in the place intended for bottling (it has four bottling places: two bottling places bottle carbonated water, and the other two – syrup) and bottling is done by pressing a button.
2. Closing
The closing equipment is designed for closing plastic bottles.
The employee places the bottle filled with the product and the stopper into the equipment. Then you press the pedal, as a result of which the closing head goes down and closes by means of rotations.
It has an easy control system, thanks to which the amount of liquid bottling and the speed of the closing equipment and the strength of the cork can be regulated and controlled.
