Bottle filling and closing equipment

Multifunctional, semi-automated two-seat equipment designed for bottling and sealing various types of carbonated and non-carbonated liquid products in glass or plastic bottles.
The bottling and closing equipment performs two work operations.
1. Bottling
The employee places the bottle (glass or plastic) in the place intended for bottling (it has two bottling places) and carries out the bottling with the push of a button.
2. Closure
The closure is carried out by means of 2 devices.
1. 1.Designed for closing plastic bottles.
An employee places the bottle and stopper into the equipment. Then you press the pedal, as a result of which the closing head goes down and closes by means of rotations.
2. Designed to close glass bottles.
The worker places the glass bottle filled with the product on the stand in the device, adjusting (proportional to the diameter of the bottle). After the adjustment, the employee places the cork in the device and with one press of the pedal, the bottle rises and closes with the help of screws.
The equipment has a control system, thanks to which the amount of bottling can be controlled.
