The bottling and capping machine is designed for bottling and capping carbonated and non-carbonated products.
The equipment process.
An employee places the bottle in a rotary, after which bottling takes place in two places and two operations. The corks (which are pre-filled in a container intended for them) automatically descend and are placed on the bottles.
Then it is fixed by another operation.
A conveyor is attached to the flow line, which automatically moves the bottle with the finished product from one part to another.
It has a control system that allows you to easily change the parameters of the flow line (speed, filling time, etc.).
