Bottle filling and closing equipment

Semi-automated two-seat equipment for bottling and capping liquid products in plastic bottles.

The bottling and closing equipment performs two work operations.

1. Bottling
The employee places the bottle in the place intended for bottling (it has two bottling places) and carries out the bottling with the push of a button.
2. Closing
The equipment is intended for closing plastic bottles.
The employee places the bottle filled with the product and the stopper into the equipment. Then you press the pedal, as a result of which the closing head goes down and closes by means of rotations.
The equipment has a control system, thanks to which the amount of bottling can be controlled.
